Packages include Ordain Minister, water ceremony site,  music, decorated staircase , white chairs, wedding toast, cupcakes. The use of the two upstairs bedroom suites and the main floor bath for guest.

ELOPEMENT:$150. the couple and 2 witness, toast, hors d'oeuvers, cupcakes

All wedding packages include cupcakes or wedding cake in your colors and toast.

Upto 25 guest : $300. indoors or outdoors

25 guest outdoors with reception #500

Upto 50 guest : $400. outdoors garden with reception $800

UPTO 100 guest: $600 outdoor garden with reception with $1200

upto 150 guest $750 outdoors with reception $1500

upto 200 guest $1000 outdoors with reception $2000

Our water front site is beautiful no matter what the time of day or year but you can hold your ceremony anywhere on the estate.

We have added a black gazbo and topiary trees on the front lawn it makes a great reception area.

Receptionsincludes 5ft round tables, white table linens that go all the way to the ground, centerpieces, candles, cake table, gift table,food tables, head table, drink table,and thank you gift table or candy bar set up and clean up  plus porcelan plates, silverware, and glass goblets and napkins.

All packages include setup and clean up larger events will require a cleaning deposit and clean up will be the responsibility of the party renting the property.
